Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Camino Health when you use this website or request a quote.
Please read these Terms carefully. By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
This website (the "Site") is operated by Camino Health, a trade name (DBA) of Auxa Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Camino Health," "we," "us," or "our"). Camino Health is a licensed health insurance producer with National Producer Number (NPN) 20635965.
We act as an independent insurance brokerage. We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite, issue, or pay claims on insurance policies. Policies are issued by the insurance carriers we are appointed with, subject to each carrier's underwriting and eligibility rules.
2. Where We Operate
We can only offer or sell insurance products in states where we are actively licensed. As of the Effective Date, Camino Health is resident-licensed in Florida and non-resident-licensed in:
If you reside in a state not listed above, we may be unable to assist you. License status can change; we update this list as soon as practicable after any change.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or request a quote. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
4. What the Site Provides
The Site is an informational and lead-generation tool. Through it, you can:
- Learn how Camino Health works and what health insurance plans we offer access to;
- Submit a quote request to be contacted by a licensed agent;
- Receive educational content about health insurance options.
The Site does not bind coverage. Submitting a quote request does not create an insurance policy, guarantee approval, or guarantee any specific premium. Coverage exists only after you have completed an application with an insurance carrier and the carrier has accepted the application and issued a policy.
5. Quote Requests, Calls, Texts, and Emails
When you submit a quote request, contact form, or otherwise provide your phone number or email to us, you agree that Camino Health and our licensed agents may contact you — including by automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, SMS/text messages, and email — for the purpose of providing insurance quotes, plan information, follow-ups, and related communications.
You confirm that the phone number you provide is your number or that you have authority to provide it. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any product. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. No Insurance, Tax, Legal, or Medical Advice
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Plan details, premiums, eligibility for subsidies, and carrier availability vary based on individual circumstances and change over time. Nothing on the Site is:
- A recommendation to purchase a specific insurance product;
- Tax, legal, financial, accounting, or medical advice;
- A substitute for plan documents, certificates of coverage, or the advice of a qualified professional.
Always review the carrier's official plan documents before enrolling. For tax or subsidy questions, consult a qualified tax professional or visit HealthCare.gov or your state's Marketplace.
7. How We Are Compensated
Camino Health is typically compensated by the insurance carriers we place business with through commissions paid on policies you purchase. We do not charge you a separate fee for shopping or applying for coverage unless agreed in writing in advance. Compensation arrangements may differ by carrier and product. Available compensation arrangements will not affect the premium you pay; you pay the same premium whether you enroll directly with the carrier or through a licensed broker like us.
8. Accuracy of Information You Provide
To give you accurate quotes and to submit insurance applications, we rely on the information you provide. You agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete, and to update us if it changes. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information on an insurance application may result in denial of coverage, rescission of a policy, or denial of claims by the carrier.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Submit information about another person without their permission;
- Attempt to access areas of the Site you are not authorized to access, probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks, including by uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our prior written permission;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the Site to send spam, solicitations, or other unauthorized commercial communications.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the Camino Health name and brand — are owned by or licensed to Auxa Holdings LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or interact with third-party websites and services, including insurance carrier portals, enrollment platforms, and government sites such as HealthCare.gov. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your interactions with them are subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMINO HEALTH AND AUXA HOLDINGS LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES; THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT; OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC INSURANCE PRODUCT, RATE, SUBSIDY, OR ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CAMINO HEALTH, AUXA HOLDINGS LLC, OR THEIR OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY QUOTE REQUEST, OR ANY INSURANCE POLICY OBTAINED THROUGH US — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Camino Health, Auxa Holdings LLC, and their officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) information you submit to us, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under the laws of your state of residence.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice such as a banner on the Site or an email. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15) will survive.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Camino Health regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely.
